Jon has held a variety of roles during his 15 years’ experience in the Medical Devices industry, and he is proud to have led CareFlex through a period of remarkable growth in recent years. He is focused on ensuring CareFlex is an ethical and trusted partner, delivering high quality products and services.

Operations Director
Stuart has spent over 20 years designing, developing, and manufacturing high-quality products. Passionate about craftsmanship, he takes pride in working with a skilled, dedicated team to create products that make a real difference to people’s lives.

Human Resources Business Partner
Bryony has over 15 years of experience, working internationally and specialising in implementing people strategies. With a focus on employee engagement, she’s passionate about making CareFlex a great place to work.

Finance Manager
Ange has been with CareFlex for 17 years, and during her tenure has actively developed and grown the Finance and Customer Support functions and processes.
Her focus continues to be seeking out and implementing improved processes for the benefit of our customers, suppliers and colleagues alike
Chris Rawlings
Business Systems Manager
Chris joined CareFlex in December 2022 and became Business Systems Manager in January 2024. With experience across multiple industries, he focuses on developing efficient systems to support CareFlex’s growth. Chris finds it rewarding to make a real difference to people’s lives.
Matthew Forrester
Design & Development Manager
Matt has over 20 years’ experience in New Product Development & Innovation. Matt started at Careflex in 2019, and alongside the R&D team, has overseen yearly new product launches, and existing product improvements & innovations. Matt oversees a team of talented Design Engineers who put the customer’s at the heart of all decisions.
Caspian Sievey
Supply Chain Manager
Caspian and family moved to Devon in search of a new adventure, knowing their next career move needed to be for the right reasons with a company that provides a valuable service to the community. He takes his role as Supply Chain Manager seriously. For him, it’s all about ensuring everything is in place when needed to keep clients happy and comfortable.
Ian Bryne
Technical Manager
Ian has extensive experience in manufacturing operations, with a background in quality engineering and production management. Since joining CareFlex in 2018, Ian has helped optimise factory processes, drawing on lean manufacturing principles. As Technical Manager, he now works closely with both customers and the internal design team to ensure quality and innovation remain at the forefront.
Dan Stenton
Production Manager
Dan brings a strong background in production and team leadership, with a focus on efficiency, quality and continuous improvement. As Production Manager he oversees the day-to-day running of the factory, ensuring every chair is built to the highest standard. Dan works closely with the wider team to maintain smooth operations and deliver outstanding results for customers.
