Thank you so much for coming to meet Jackie yesterday, it really was a wonderful moment seeing her sat comfortably at the door, feeling the breeze on her face. It is no exaggeration to say it is the most alert, happy and engaged I have seen her since I first met Jackie back in July. It was really refreshing to work alongside someone who clearly loves their job and truly gets the "why" behind what we do. There are many seating "specialists" that sadly don't have the same ethos, which can be really awkward during assessments and not a positive experience for the customer, or the OT!
Thank you so much for your promptness, care and attention, it means the world to us. We really appreciate you making the time to deliver it earlier than planned. Dad's really really happy in the chair and has appeared much more alert since he's been in it which is great!

Your chair is so good for our Mum that she is doing really well since she’s had it.
